Health officials have a few tips for those trying to use their own enemas for medical purposes.

Here’s what you need to know:Enemas are the water-filled tubes that come into your mouth to remove the water from your system.

The tube is usually about 3 inches long and can be used for one to two hours before it needs to be filled again.

If you want to use one, you’ll need to wait for the enema tube to fill up before you can take it out of the machine.

Enemas can be difficult to get into because you need a lot of air.

You can fill up a tube up to about 4 inches deep.

If you’re unsure how to use an enema, try this:Fill your mouth with water for about 10 seconds and then use the enema tube as you would a toothbrush.

If your mouth is sore, try to hold the tube with one hand and gently push the tube out of your mouth.

If it’s a bit sore, you can move it a little closer to your teeth, then slowly push the toothbrush back in again.

If your teeth are hurting, you may want to take a shower.

Wash your hands with soap and water.

Then, use a cotton swab or toothbrush to get rid of the excess water.

You may need to use a toothpaste, toothbrush, or other tool to remove any excess water, but try not to let the water sit around the area of the tooth or in the gums.

It can help if you brush your teeth in the bathroom.

Once you’re done, you should have a smooth, clean, and sterile enema.
